I called and asked to speak with Keith and he took over from there and it was a smooth transaction to purchase the trailer. They told me that it would be shipped down for around $700 from Missouri in a couple of weeks. Shelly was very good about returning my phone calls and sending me emails to get the trailer registered. He not only had the unit inspected but also got the trailer for a price that was lower than was advertised. While waiting for the trailer to be delivered he looked into shipping costs. Oh, I forgot to mention that it needed to be shipped to Honolulu, Hawaii. Unfortunately The rates were ridiculously high at 50 feet long so I ended up using my contact in Oregon. Chris got my trailer to Oregon for a great price and I actually saved about $6k by not shipping out of California. Let me say that Chris and the great prople at ITAG Equipment treated me like I was their best customer even though we've actually never met and I WOULD DEFINITELY purchase another trailer from them without hesitation! I had scheduled a trip to my country to arrive around the same time the truck arrived so that I could pick it up and drive it into my country. All documents needed were delivered to me and my clearing agent on time and itag kept us in the loop the hole time. I am very pleased they updated me along the way from truck arriving at US port to being loaded on the ship arriving in Walvis Bay. Because I did not call before showing up, I did not realize that the trailer was only listed as being in Dallas, when in fact it was in El Paso Texas. Upon reaching Dallas, I called and spoke with Chris Green and told him that Id like to see the trailer. It was then that he informed me that the trailer was only listed with the Dallas office, but its location was El Paso. Not wanting to purchase a piece of equipment without seeing it, I explained to Chris Green that I never make a purchase without seeing what I am buying. It was then that he assured me hed do everything he could to make to earn my business. Without going into great detail, we came to an agreement in writing, that if I did not like what I bought, hed return my money in full. For the first time, stepping out in faith and buying equipment that I have not seen, I agreed to his terms. I can say that it was a very good choice. I bought this trailer for a minimal price, but got way more than I bargained for in quality.
